Ferdinand MacalinaoI Am working as a Fashion Designer, since I work here I never have a gratuity for 5 years, and when I new my contract last 2014 of September my visa is cook in another employer but still working as Fashion Designer in my old boss, the question if I resign did they ban me or no, and my salary as a fashion Designer is 4500 but in labor it is 2000 they just give 2500 in cash, And i found a new work which will give me 5000 aed salary, please advice me what to do, Thank you
