Cost of living in Jeddah

Hi. My husband got a job in Jeddah. I ve never been to SA and im trying to get an idea about the cost of living. a 3 Bedroom villah in a good compound and do you recommend any!? school fees for 2 and 3 years old, a car and other costs. I appreciate any feedback as we really need to determine whether the offer is worth it or not.
Also, do women have equal job apportunities like men!? Thanks
