  I have two residence visas one for UAE and one for Kuwait.My UAE residence is the oldest one and im holding a valid UAE drivers license.I have moved to Kuwait recently for a project and i require to obtain a Kuwaiti drivers license.Can anyone advise on what are the procedures.
