    Hi, I recommend Tech University. I studied there almost two years ago, I did some courses there and I found them very good.
    As you say, the university doesn't have a timetable, everything is in your time, whenever you can and wherever you want as long as you have internet, also, the teachers are well known in each area, so the contents you will find are of very good quality.
