try to access the web page daily between 0100 to 01:30pm. Last week they had system down unable to access and retrieve appointment...
most of the people had this trouble too. I guess now it has been fixed...unfortunately there is no other alternative to book appointment besides book online....hope u get very soon.... but you have to keep trying...
