    How can my Fiance get Marriage Declaration Act

    Please house, am new to this forum, and i have read a whole lot on here, please what i need this forum to help me with is how can my fiance get the marriage declaration act, im from Nigeria and i have sent her all the necessary legalized documents, she has translated them, but she doesn't know where to submit them... is it that she will go to the Nigerian embassy in Brussels or she can submit them at her City Hall. Please i need information soon. thanks.
