    Hello. You face the same problem as my wife and I. To obtain licensing in Portugal, you must be fluent in the language. However, your wife may wish to retool to a digital nomad existence, maintain her nursing license in your current country, and contract out her digital tele-medicine services. I do not know if the 3 hr time difference would be advantageous or a hindrance. Good luck.
