hey ,congratulations for graduating, i am a chinese local resident and I think the determinants of expatriate adjustment might be the familiarity feeling with the local conditions and the local residence. in order to gain tases, it would be a good idea to find a job in china, for example teaching english in china。it will bring expats get familiar with the traditions of China and also would help them gain decent salaries through their skills.
