  Just wondering if you could give me any insight into North vs South?

  I was looking at playa Cochal or playa Flamingo or Uvita in the South. I don;'t know if we will be able to explore all these areas in a 2 week time frame.

  I am looking for a great expat community, with amenities and some infrastructure.

  Hoping you are able to shed some light and maybe suggest an area I have not thought about.
