Treasure Coast Theatre will hold auditions for this Broadway hit on Sunday and Monday, August 7th and 8th. Registration begins at 6:30pm with auditions beginning at 7pm.

Performance dates for the play are Friday & Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm from November 4 -20, 2022

This Broadway hit follows a trio of military lawyers assigned to defend two Marines who are accused of killing a fellow Marine. During the course of the trial, they uncover a high level conspiracy designed to eliminate weaker soldiers in the name of patriotism

Characters:

Lt. J.G. Daniel A. Kaffee - Male lead. Late 20s-30s
He is a brilliant attorney enlisted as the defense in the murder case of William Santiago. He does not take his work seriously and initially tries to close the case in a hurry without investigation. He overcomes his shortcomings while uncovering major abuses of power from top-ranking officials of the Navy.

Lt. Cmdr. Joanne Galloway - Female Lead. Late 20s/30s.
One of the three attorneys assigned to defense Marines accused of murder. She has a strong sense of justice. She is outspoken and enthusiastic, and bit neurotic. She is also very detail-oriented

Nathan Jessep - Male Lead. 40s
Colonel in charge of the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. He is a narcissist, cold, cruel and corrupt leader who abuses his position by subjecting subordinates to extrajudicial punishment.

Pfc. Louden Downey - Male Supporting. Late Teens/20s.
One of two Marines who is accused of murdering William Santiago.
He has a strong sense of honor and is obedient to his superiors. He is a bit simple, and leans heavily on his squad leader Dawson
