Hi Katrina Yes there are lots of Spanish in Liverpool for example students learning English and stundents that are crying out to learn Spanish. Liverpool was awarded the Uk capital of culture not long ago. Liverpool one and Liverpool city centre and its surounding areas are full of Spanish restaurants. So yeah Spanish people are on the move here.
