Morning Programm

Hello :)

I want to know what you have for a morning programm?
When you get up, you do some excercices of sport, yoga, singing, dancing, painting ? ;-)

What I do. I read different targets and things I want to become and reach.
I also do some asian sport exercices, eat a healthy breakfast and having a shower.

Very powerful is to read different goals that you have,
so you can start into your day fulfilled of power.

What do you do for your morning programm?
