What should be the salary of a plastic surgeon10 yrs experience in govt hospit?

I ' m a plastic surgeon having 10 yrs experience in same super specialty .A govt hospital in Bahrain is asking my expectation How much salary should I expect from them including or excluding allownces etc? Please suggest me
