how can i find work in lucerne ????

hello to all ....
i am looking for new life in lucerne and i am searching for job there from long time ago , and i am sent my CV to many companies wants employee there , and dont responding me , i have degree in computer and infomation system and i went there many time and meet some people and i am speaking english and italian and arabic , i am live in italy .....
how can i find work there ?????
anyone can help ???? and give me some information about any company like co-operative

  Finding a job in Switzerland without speaking German or French is hardly possible, even if not impossible...
  I have tried there as well, but I am not an IT expert..
