Just starting here .... need some help and infos in Xi'An

Hi there,

I just came to Xi'An to stay here for about a year.

I am going to study Chinese language at NorthWest University.

I am looking for some people who are already familiar with some things I still have to figure out.

After 2 weeks of staying here I am still looking for some specific shops to buy specific goods, for some night life recommendations and some hints for weekend trips.

Maybe there is a bar, pub or restaurant where expats meet periodically in Xi'An?
