how can work like a Phisiotherapist there

Hello everybody,
My name is Alberto,physiotherapist from Spain.
In my last work experience i had working like physiotherapist and Massage therapist in the spa onboard a cruise ship,
I would like to work in Abu dhabi or Dubai like Phisiotherapist or like massage therapist in Hotels, spas...

I dont have any idea how can apply for that employes
