If I want to live in Lugano

Hello
everybody! I'm from Lithuania and I'm planning to live in Lugano from
november till april-may. I have one question, what is the weather in Lugano in these months? Is there warm or cold? :) because in my country
comes very cold weather and I want to hide from it and fly to the warm
country:)) This winter will be the most coldest in 1000 years in Europe... so I wanna choose Lugano (my friend recommended to me tis town). :))
And furthermore, what about grapes? My friend said to me that in Lugano is possible to work this job (something like picking the grapes). Is it possible in winter? Maybe he did lie to me?
