I'm an American married to a romanian citizen. My parents were both born in romania. My father still currently has romanian citizenship, while my mother renounced hers. I'm applying for a temporary residency permit to stay longer in romania. Basically I want to know if I can get citizenship earlier than 5 years of living in romania. Second question is can I work on a temporary residence permit?
