Foreigners always tend to go out with people from their own nationality. I'm wondering why? It's nice to meet new people, new nationalities and if you can speak English you have now problem communicating..
By this way I want to encourage people to meet new people from different countries.

Well I must be the only one as I definitely don't hang out with people from my own country but I can see how other people do it a lot especially English speakers, Spanish speakers and Russian speakers.
