How welcome are foreigners in Cuba?

Hi all,

I was wondering, how welcome are foreigners in Cuba? I guess it must be a little like visiting Potemkin villages, right? Or do you have any other experience?

  You have to come Cuba to say that with your eyes. I can not explain to you. Cuba is amazing and the cubans are special people.

  As a dutch you will find many unusual things
