Are you ready to take your cooking skills to the next level?
Now you have the perfect chance with the Spanish Cooking Classes organized by Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque

Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque in partnership with the National Hispanic Cultural Center presents a new Spanish cuisine cooking class: Summer recipes!

Even though Spain is a small-sized country, there is a very wide variety of climates along its geography. Although one thing is clear: Summer temperatures must be handled as best as possible. One of the most clever ways to beat the heat is to prepare fresh recipes to keep us cool and light during the hottest months of the year.

- Gazpacho (tomato, garlic & veggie raw cold soup)
Main Entrée:
- Bacalao a la bizcaína (Basque-style cooked Codfish)
Dessert:
-Natillas (Vanilla cold pudding)
Drink:
-1 glass of wine per person. Extra demand will be charged by Pop Fizz.

Come and join us next August 25th, 6:00pm at the Grand Hall (NHCC) and learn with us how to cook tasty and delicious recipes to surprise your friends, family and partners.
