Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Towcester January 2022

Funhouse Comedy launches the new season at Towcester Mill Brewery on Thursday January 27th with a night full of fun and laughter.

Topping the bill is The Noise Next Door who have appeared on BBC 1, BBC 3, ITV1, BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 4 and have performed alongside the likes of Michael McIntyre, Al Murray, and Harry Hill; will be performing perfectly choreographed routines and enthralling the crowd with their wonderful blend of ludicrous characters, witty one-liners, epic stories and musical mayhem. Their sharp improvised comedy always results in a hilariously unique show.

Opening the night will be Mark Nelson, who won Scottish Comedian of the Year Award 2006 scarcely a year after his first ever gig. His mix of dark humour, acerbic observations and excellent one-liners led him to become an acclaimed, award-winning stand-up. He has audiences captivated both with his material and his engagingly impressive manner.

Completing the line-up is comedian and actress Fiona Allen who has appeared on 'Mock the Week' and in many sketch shows, including 'Smack the Pony'.

Compere for the night will be Pete Teckman who has been crowned Silver Stand Up of the Year 2017 at Leicester Comedy festival, an award for comedians over 40 years of age, with his mix of self deprecating and observational humour.
