The Conference Proceedings will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing. *IEEE is the copyright holder of the proceedings. The copyright of each paper should be transferred to IEEE.
