THE BAR @ FORTY NINER OPENS ON THE EASTSIDE
The Eastside's newest bar celebrates its grand opening

TUCSON, Arizona - There's an all new vibe coming to the Eastside. Enjoy local beers, bar eats and discover a new way to spend your evening at the grand opening of THE BAR @ FORTY NINER on Saturday, March 2, from 5-9pm.

The public is invited to attend the grand opening night celebration of Tucson's newest addition to the local beer and craft cocktail scene. Grand opening includes free admission and live music from upcoming local star Michael Epling and Tucson's favorite Paul Opocensky Project.

THE BAR @ FORTY NINER is where locals and visitors can tap into Tanque Verde's beautiful mountain views and of course the incredible atmosphere of Forty Niner Country Club. Fresh new local beers, an excellent selection of wines, and handcrafted cocktails, will surely make your evening.

General Manager Wendy Cross says, "We are excited to bring a new and inviting flair to the beloved Forty Niner Country Club. It's our goal to provide an experience that not only speaks to the Forty Niner community, but to all of the Eastside."

Textures and elements drawn from the historic Forty Niner Country Club add to a modern twist on your typical golf course bar. Located directly off of the restaurant, enjoy a comfortable living room feel, paired with a traditional sports bar setting. The pet friendly outdoor patio boasts comfy lounge seating with fire elements and string lights to provide a dreamy and intimate atmosphere. The attached turf area provides for cozy fire lit evenings and outdoor games for adults and kids.

A troupe of local musicians will perform on the patio's outdoor stage, covering a span of genres from country to electronic style music. Grand opening night Michael Epling will be opening, sharing his take on some of his favorite's like Lady May, Help Me Hold On and Flower Shops.
