Drums Across the Desert

The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps of Tempe, AZ will host this national performance competition as part of the Drum Corps International 2022 summer tour. Performing groups include The Academy of Tempe, The Blue Devils, 2019 World Champions from Concord, CA, Santa Clara Vanguard, 2018 World Champions from Santa Clara, CA, Pacific Crest from Diamond Bar, CA, The Blue Knights from Denver, CO, and more!
These precision groups are composed of 160 members, age 16-21, who form brass, drums, percussion, flags and dancers, all working to achieve the highest level of performance.
Drums Across the Desert is part of the 2022 DCI Tour, a series of 56 competitive events taking place this summer across 38 states in the U.S.
