Uk Standard Visitor Visa Clarification

Posted in United Kingdom forum

Hello,

In order to explain my concerns, I need to drop some information about my situation.

I'm applying for a Standard Visitor Visa as I have an invitation from an extended family member, I registered on WWW.GOV.UK for the 6th December 2018 to go to the nearest approved application center, I have all my supporting documents prepared.

But here's the thing, because I'm a student I actually want to go to the UK in my 2nd semester vacation period: from 24th March 2019 to 3rd April 2019.

However, in GOV.UK official site, they say that you need to apply for the EARLIEST, 3 months before the date you're willing to travel on.

I know that I should've applied in the 24th December 2018 instead, but it's nearly impossible for me as I have plans for this exact date concerning my studies (I have other plans that will require time, here in my hometown), In other words, I can do it in the 6th but not the 24th.

Will the extra 18 days that exceed the allowed EARLIEST time for you to apply before your planned travel (3months) be a reason for the UK consulate to REFUSE my application?

Quick note: I've been told that for documents like bank statements, the earliest you use them to apply the better chance you get to be approved, I translated those at the end for November, so even if I could do an application at the 24th December, may chance of approval will decrease, is this false or true ?

Thanks in advance for anyone who has the ability to respond to my questions, Have a good day.
