Hallo, in ads for flats, lettings there is displayed some thing like £525 pcm | £121 pw and 'fees apply'. But there is rarely an information about whether it is the net rent or gross rent (In Germany for instance there is a clear distinction between these types of rent).
So what is the custom, common, the standard?

Hi Leo, im Zweifelsfall wuerde ich von Nettomiete ausgehen, wenn nicht explizit "bills included" steht. Bezueglich Brexit, es wird lange Monate dauern, bis praktische Entscheidungen umgesetzt werden, die uns Auslaender betreffen, wenn England tatsaechlich austritt.
