Future childminder 'Tagesmutter' with many questions

Posted in Switzerland forum

Hi everyone,
I've been looking for jobs in Switzerland for two months now and I thought it's time to be more creative and think in other directions so I'm on my way to become a 'Tagesmutter'.
Since I was fourteen I have been a babysitter for many children, around 25 in total. I have been an Au-Pair in Italy in Italy for five months and at the moment I'm also working for a family with children as a volunteer (workawayer).
I speak fluent German and understand Swiss German by now. I'm still very patient and happy when I'm around children. But to become a childminder I need to organise quite a lot.
At the moment I'm talking with several families who are looking for a Tagesmutter, but the whole legal and financial aspect is still one big question mark to me.
Does anyone have knowledge about this subject?
Thanks in advance!
Greetings, Esther
