Telefonica is quite good in Barcelona. I never heard something bad about it, only for the price!
I had a problem with my router last week, so Internet was not working. I called them and the day after a technical guy came, changed it and did not make me pay for it. That's not so bad!
But don't take yacom, a friend of mine is since 2 weeks without internet at home. She called them like 10 times and they don't do anything to fix it!!
