Hi!
It should work for u, i am pretty sure! I was searching for a short-term renting flat in Spain near the sea shore this summer, it was really hard to find anything which could help me, but i didnt want to mess with agencies...i found a nice article about property in Spain and then was shocked by the way the agency's service. It may help you then in finding place for living in Andalusia[/u
rl] .
Hope to be helpful))

Maybe it's too late, but yes, Idealista es a good option. In Milanuncions you cn deal directly with owners, which is cheaper (but check about prices before, we are tricky Spaniards, do'n forget it).

Hi!

As a couple of people mentioned before, Idealista is a great website and its how I found housing in Madrid. Sign up so that you get an email the second an apartment that matches your preferences is listed. It means you'll be the first to contact the owner and are more likely to arrange a viewing. Pisocompatido is also a great website, similar to Idealista. If you want the hassle taken out of looking for a place then Spotahome takes care of the search for you (for a fee) and their customer service is pretty good. And then of course there's just landed!

Good luck with the search :)

Atentamente !!

Hi Emma,

Idealista is definitely a good website to use. I was really struggling with finding a place and as soon as I contacted my current landlord I could secure the flat that evening. Do be prepared to contact lots of people on there because lots of people do not reply so be prepared to send lots of messages. I hope it goes well!

Hi Emma,

You should definitely try Idealista if you haven't already found somewhere. This is how most people find flats in Spain for long term rent. It is generally pretty safe but you should take care as always with online rental sites!

Good luck!

Thank you for this, I have seen idealista but wasn't sure if it was a safe website. I will look on just landed also! If I get the job, I find out tomorrow, id have to move by the end of August which is a little tight! There seems to be many estate agents who only have huge villas on offer! It is not so easy to find a little flat!
