Posted in China forum

Hi! I'm David, founding Principal of Changsha WES Academy (http://www.cwa-changsha.com) the 1st English-medium International School in Changsha. I am looking to meet prospective families who want an international education for their children.

I'm also interested in making friends with other English-speaking people who live in Changsha.

    Dear Sonia,

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to inform you that we are not an English language school; we are an International Primary school teaching all subjects to foreign children. As such, we only employ fully qualified teachers who have at least 2 years of experience teaching in Primary schools.

Good luck with your job hunting.

    Best Regards,

    David

    Hi Yuwie,

Sorry for the late reply but I haven't checked this site for a while. Yes, there are now several high quality international schools in Suzhou, and I hope that Changsha WES Academy will also be quickly regarded as one too.

We are opening an Early Years Programme for 3-5 year olds at the beginning of our second semester on 14 February, and already have 12 children registered for that. At the same time, we will move to our beautiful new school campus. Please drop by if you are in the Xingsha area.

    Xin Nian Kuai Le!

    Hi David,
Great to hear what you and your team are going to do in Changsha. My last job was in Suzhou and also focused on education. I have noticed there were many high quality international schools and joint projects, which greatly benefited the Suzhou students. Best wishes to your school here in Changsha! And Merry Christmas!

    Dear David,

I just took a look at the homepage of your school. Bases on the condition of hire teachers and the concepts in school, I am sure the children will grow up happily there if all of these could implement well.

Wish all children whoever from rich family or poor family could have chance to enjoy the " education" in this way.

    Regards
    H.H.
