Night of Champions Awards Dinner and Fundraising Event

The Night of Champions will bring families, businesses, and community members together to celebrate the accomplishments of high school athletes from Northeast TN, and Southwest VA to recognize their accomplishments in 10 different award categories.

Former Tennessee Vols Football QB and newly signed San Francisco 49ers QB Joshua Dobbs is the keynote speaker for the event and he will meet with players, coaches, and special guests before the event to take pictures and sign autographs.

Kenny Hawkins, Sports Director for News Channel 11 (CBS) and ABC Tri-Cities and Co-Host of the WSXM Morning Monster sports radio show will host the event and Dobyns-Bennett all-time leading scorer and Middle Tennessee State University all-time leader in 3-point field goals, Courtney Whitson, will host the red-carpet program where the nominated athletes and their families have opportunities to take pictures, and interview with local media stations and papers in the area.
Tickets for the event can be purchased online at kbgc.org/nightofchampions. The proceeds raised from ticket sales and donations go directly back to the Club to be used for afterschool and summer camp scholarships for families, improvement and expansion of programs and services for the club kids, and operational costs for building maintenance projects to keep the building up to date.

The Club is excited to bring this awards program to the Tri-Cities area and is optimistic that this event will become a staple in the community and something that both athletes and the community looks forward to every year.
