First of all: If it is the first time you start living and working in Gemany, you always need a job offer furst, before you are allowed to start working in Germany. It is impossible to get a work permit without a job offer.

Hola, encontrar un trabajo en Alemania es muy complicado, mucho más como extranjero y si no hablas el idioma, el saber inglés, no significa nada, ya que aquí se habla alemán xD
En mi caso, demoré unos 3 meses en encontrar un buen trabajo (en el que estoy actualmente), y eso que tengo nivel B2 en alemán y hablo otros 5 idiomas, tengo estudios y cursos.

my experiences coming to Germany as a foreigner have been positive so far. Finding a job in English took some timefor me, but I did an internship for a couple of months, which is valued by German employers and after that I have had no trouble finding a full-time job.

I thought this is an English language forum, so I am posting in English, but for your benefit you find the same in German below.
To find a job, you need to apply for open positions at suitable employers in your industry.
You application should be in good German, free of errors/mistypings and professionally designed.
To find open positions, you can use online job portals, connections or get help from the federal employment agency (Arbeitsamt/Jobcenter).
You should target your search in areas where you have skills and experience that sets you apart from other applicants - just looking for "any job" is not a good idea, because there are already too many unemployed without specific skills and you would have to compete with desperate and cheap workers from Eastern Europe or elsewhere (think of the refugee crisis).
You definitely need patience and luck, lots of both!Um einen Job zu finden musst Du Dich auf offene Stellen bewerben.
Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten auf Deutsch, fehlerfrei und ansprechend sein.
Offene Stellen findest Du durch Online-Jobbörsen, Beziehungen oder mit Hilfe des Arbeitsamts/Jobcenters.
Du solltest Dich konzentrieren auf Positionen für die Du passende Fähigkeiten und/oder Erfahrung hast, die Dich von anderen Bewerbern unterscheiden - nach "irgendeinem Job" suchen führt nicht zum Erfolg, da dann zu viele andere wenig ausgebildete Arbeitslose, billige Arbeitskräfte aus Osteuropa und anderswo sowie Flüchtlinge mit Dir konkurrieren würden.
Auf jeden Fall brauchst Du auch jede Menge Geduld und Glück!

Hallo Frank, und wie geht wenn ich habe "genug/guten" Deutschkenntnis.
und ich habe ein gültigen Aufenthaltstitel.Dann was soll ich am besten machen?
Wo ich könnte von Anfang ein Arbeit suchen?
Durch Internet Jobbörsen oder?Genau ich frage, weil ich für diese "Schweriegkeiten für Ausländer" schön gehört habe. :S :/

Finding work in Germany as a foreigner is not easy.
You need good German language skills in almost all cases.
Also, if you are non-EU-citizen, it helps to have a work permit before you find a job. This is difficult to get.
