Need an advice

I am planning to go to UAE after I finished my contract here in Riyadh as dh and If my employer will issue a final exit permit, am I allowed to go directly to Dubai as tourist? The travel agency in Dubai will arrange all my visa and ticket for me. My only concern is there be restrictions from the immigration both for Saudi and Dubai?

Hope you can enlighten me. Thank you.

    Thank u for your suggestions but it will cost so much for me to fly in Bahrain then in uae. Much better if I can fly striaght in uae if possible. ?

    If you ask about Saudi immigration there is no any problems
